Dungey and Pourcel get their groove on.

The 450s got underway first. Mecalfe got the holeshot with Dungey soon trailing in second. After a few laps, Dungey was around Metty and pulling away. Reed didn’t get the best of starts, but was soon passing riders one at a time for a second place. Ben Townley and Thomas Hahn held on for 3rd and 4th. Kyle Regal finished next with Metcalf fading to 6th.
The 250s had Eli Tomac pulling the holeshot and gapping the crowd. Pourcel was pushing hard to get to Tomac. So hard, that he went off the track and center punched the fan fence right in front of me. The fence held and Pourcel got going and passed Eli for first and Eli finished second. Dean Wilson, from
The second 450 moto had Metty in front again with Alessi right there. Then Short, Dungey, and Regal were in 3rd, 4th and 5th. Alessi slipped past Metcalf and Dungey started moving up. Soon the running order was Alessi, Dungey, Metcalf, and Short. Alessi went down and is now in 6th. Regal and Reed slip in front of Alessi. Regal got passed by Reed, then he got on fire. He passed Reed back and got Short. With late charges, the final order was Dungey out ahead with Regal, Reed, Metcalfe, Alessi, Short, Goerke, and Chisholm. Overall goes to Dungey.
Moto 2 for 250s had Tomac out front again. Very consistent holeshots today. Tomac pulled out ahead for a bit, then Dean Wilson passed him and took off. He was way ahead up until the last lap when he faded bad. Rattray is in third, then Canard and Tickle. The final order with one lap to go was
